The Chief Electrical Engineer provides the design, installation, operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of equipment for the production, transmission, transformation, distribution or consumption of electricity (machinery, transformers, apparatus, meters, protection and automation equipment, cable products, consumer equipment) and the planning of these processes. , organization and monitoring. Plans, organizes and manages the implementation and design of technical projects, technical inspection of electrical equipment or power system, technical and economic research, development of engineering solutions, technical expertise of projects. Reasonably choose the most suitable solutions for the implementation of the idea (development of electrical equipment, design, validation, etc.). Manages, supervises, analyzes and solves the process of construction work of electrical equipment and electrical installations of all voltage levels. Carries out strategic planning in the fields of electricity generation and supply, develops and implements new electricity and cogeneration generation technologies, including renewable energy (wind energy, solar energy and other promising production sources). Performs strategic planning, develops and implements new work methods and processes, develops innovative solutions for the construction process, using the latest energy technologies, as well as controlling, planning, directing and organizing the work of other specialists. Carries out research in the field of energy, manages and participates in international, national, regional and international research in the development of local level territory and enterprise development policies and planning documents, theories, concepts and methods are developed and developed, and the acquired knowledge is used in practice in the field of engineering, as well as in the field of technological and economic efficiency of process automation.
