The performance and safety of any equipment and structures depends directly on their technical condition. During operation, the structures are exposed to various unfavorable processes and conditions, so sooner or later various defects appear in the structural units and elements. If these defects are not detected and controlled in time, a defect in a small part can lead to costly and complex structural, machine or equipment failures, unplanned downtime and costly repairs. Therefore, defects and damage in a timely manner disclosure is a very important and topical issue.
