The performance of the induction pump with rotating permanent magnets operating in the circulation loop, where low pumps inlet pressure values are maintained, was experimentally investigated. The operation media is liquid sodium at temperatures varying from 150 to 185°C. The disc-type pump with rotating permanent magnets was used. Each of the pump's rotors has nine pole pairs of SmCo magnets. A series of experiments were carried out at different pumps' inlet pressure values to gain the relation to outlet pressure and flow rate.
