The authors find solutions to assess employee professional competencies in the healthcare institution by studying and analyzing the information available in the literature on the professional competencies of employees, their evaluation, and the impact on the quality of services. As a result of the research, a model for assessing the professional competencies of employees is developed to assess all healthcare workers and thus provide quality healthcare services.
