The relevance of the work is beyond doubt, since starting the engine at low temperatures is a complex process. The purpose of the work – еnsuring the operability of gas-cylinder cars at negative ambient temperatures by maintaining the pressure of liquefied petroleum gas in the automotive gas cylinder within specified limits. The main schemes of operation of the power supply system for cars with gas cylinder equipment are considered. The authors have developed devices for heating gas in a car cylinder. When developing a methodology for determining the parameters of a set of technical solutions for maintaining a given pressure in a gas cylinder, an analysis of existing methods and models was carried out.
