Data Science is the science that relates to the extraction of knowledge and information from data. As the amount of data we produce increases, data science projects have become a very popular endeavor in recent years, accompanied by an increased interest in research relating to data science resources such as the data sources, algorithms, technologies, and visualizations as well as the application domains of these data science resources. The amalgamation of the results gained by data science projects can be a complex process that can be time and labor-intensive. This research seeks to reduce the project complexity by proposing an ontology that can represent data science (research) project based on domain-specific (data science) project attributes that can represent all conceivable aspects of a data science project.
