Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference Informatics in the Scientific Knowledge 2008 2008
Oksana Ņikiforova, Jurijs Grigorjevs

This paper is devoted to modelling of non-functional requirements of embedded systems. As the set of such major features authors select the following non-functional requirements: asynchronism, synchronization, scheduling, time constraints and reliability. The article discusses specifics of highlighted features and analyzes compliance of most popular modelling notations (Petri Net, PRES+, UML State chart and Sequence diagram) to them.
