The Concept draws up a report on developments and priorities of distance learning in Latvian National Armed Forces. It describes an essence of distance learning, situation in military education both in NATO and Latvia, gives guidelines on aims of implementation of distance learning in armed forces, and gives developments and its effects: both advantages, target groups, e-learning needs analysis. The concept sets implementation plan and necessary financial recourses.
