We generate 106.25 Gbaud on-off keying, 4-level and 6-level pulse amplitude modulation signals with ring resonator modulator in C-band. We demonstrate error-free on-off keying signal transmission over 100 meters long optical amplification-free link. 4-level/6-level pulse amplitude modulation offers 2/2.5 higher data rate at the expense of forward error correction.
