Rakstā tiek analizētas izmaiņas likumā „Par iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokli”, kas tika ieviestas kā viens no veidiem inflācijas samazināšanai un būtiski ietekmē darījumus ar nekustamo īpašumu. Specifiska uzmanība tiek pievērsta izmaiņām minētajā likumā, kas skar lauksaimniecības vajadzībām izmantojamās zemes un priekšnoteikumus to pārdošanai.
