In many economic sectors are used devices which operational mechanisms realize oscillating motion (vibrotransporting, vibrosorting, prepacking, polishing etc.). Electric engines are drives of these devices and oscillating motion is gained with mechanical transducer. To reduce size, material input per unit and to simplity control system are searched ways to obtain oscillations without the mechanical reducing gears. In practice are used direct and average current engines and various control methods. The research object is three phase asynchronous engines with short concluded rotor. The engines are supplied from single-phase voltage source. With semiconductor element switches is possible to achieve rotation of asynchronous engine is one or another direction when to phase windings of engine stator are connected positive or negative half periods of supply voltage. Then rotation frequency of asynchronous engine is three times lesser that in three phase mode. With modification how half periods of supply voltage are connecting to phase windings of stator, it is possible to operate engine in various oscillating modes. It is possible to change oscillation frequency of rotor and also turning angle of shalf. It can be gained without modifying power and control circuit configuration but with some modification in program of control controller.
