New type of hybrid composite cable on the base of steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).  Hybrid composite cable with increased, in comparison with carbon fiber composite cable (CFCC), breaking elongation and decreased, in comparison with the steel cables, dead weight.  Mainly for prestressed saddle-shaped cable roofs.
