In this Paper, based upon contemporary interpretation of organizational principles of business, the significance of humanitarian aspects of information systems design is considered, and a substantiation is given to the necessary requirement for performing information systems design by structuring it in accordance with factors related to information technologies implementation. The role of humanitarian and non-humanitarian factors in systems design is described along with their influence on the systems efficiency. The systems humanitarian and non-humanitarian aspects design tasks are defined, and also their interconnection and place in the design process life cycle. The research results may be used as a methodical tool in systems design
