The main goal of this paper is to analyse and quantify a supply chain stability measurement – the bullwhip effect in order to reduce the instability of supply chain processes through simulation. In this paper methods to reduce the impact of the bullwhip effect on the supply chain performance are observed. Advantages of simulation technique usage for such kind of problem are considered as well.
