Main Mistakes and Factors to Establish Cosy and Functional Office Space

The work in bureau can be long and exhausting, therefore more and more attention is given to favorable microenvironment in offices. With the lapse of time the employees become more knowing and ask for „quality of life and work”. That can be characterized as good working conditions that do not harm the health, offers personal development, gives a chance to participate in decision making. We are talking about ergonomics- to favour the individual and working conditions with a purpose to get to know the individual how to adjust the working conditions for him. Ergonomics talks about the environment suiting for individuals. The company should not be unconcerned about the conditions that define the working quality. Till now the largest part of people have thought about ergonomics a a joke, but lately there is larger attention from employers to this question- that way taking care not only about the working conditions but also about the health of the employee. In the paper the author points out also the disposition of office furniture that would be convenient for employees, clients. That has to be appropriate also for correct choice of lightning system that makes 35% from the consumption of electricity in offices- that effects the costs of employer and also the worker’s effective work.
