BALTECH Studies linking the virtual seven Baltic Sea countries - Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Finnish and Swedish universities to train specialists with a master's degree programs in the flat. Analyzing and summarizing several years of the Master's work study programs offered are derived from the study results, which may be useful in Latvian industry export able new product creation.
