In this paper a novel for wireless sensor network medium access control design approach is offered and investigated. Protocols which will operate under these criteria will have such benefits as collision free communication, opportunity to work under different regimes, as also the approach afford an opportunity of an every node data transfer rate deterministic calculation. There is also proposed on new approach based MAC protocol, which provides a collision free communication. This is achieved by a unique identification (ID) system usage, which replaces standard MAC address system. As also there is described the way of a node data transfer rate calculation opportunities. With proposed formulas it is able to calculate data transfer rate in proposed protocol regimes, as also it is able to estimate a maximal node count. Proposed results demonstrate the protocol, and as a result the approach, ability to transmit multimedia data among wireless sensor network.
