On the basis of unique statistics material accumulated in course of verification nature tests – crew members’ full-scale flight simulator training, there was developed a methodology of building the systems of vehicle operator performance objective control and evaluation (OCES), taking into consideration a complex of requirements for technical equipment and software as well as for flight data recording and processing. The system of flight parameter recording from the simulator is attached paramount importance in ensuring the reliability of the data being processed in OCES. A structure and tasks of the system of registration of parameters is certain in the article. The carried out analysis of the functioning of the system of parameter and equipment technical characteristics recording revealed that the principal influence upon the value of the total error of the system of flight parameter recording is exerted by errors of calibration and errors of ADC (analog-to-digit converter) signals converting. Also certain requirement to the technical devices of the system of registration form a condition that absolute error of the system of flight parameter recording should not exceed 1/3 … 1/5 of the error of data read-out by the aircraft crew.
