At this time Baltic states try to find potentialities to increase power supply safety in order to ensure power consumption in region. The problem could be solved by development of transmission lines and generation power.
In this work it is looked out Pareto optimality principle realization to compare Baltic power system development variants with different alternatives. The problem has a lot of solutions. Results show that according to priorities of the person, who makes a decision, selected development strategies can also be changed.
