In connection with information technology development there is some possibility to see clearly such phenomenon as asymetric information in economics. There is the most important influence of this phenomenon in investing because of importance of making decisions. Information technology let us to see (or more precisely to value) advantages and disadvantages of asymetric information in financial investment management. That is why computerization can improve investment portfolio management processing on-line. The main problems are watched in article are: portfolio diversification, risk valuation, asset risk and its profitability, client's profile. Using developed mathematical and economic analytical model an investor can maximally automate the process of making decision and in the future fully drop the man factor in financial transactions' processing. Quickly developing technologies of cryptography, e-documentation and legislative base let the idea (making optimal decision without man factor according to client's profile) came true.
