This promotional work is devoted to the raise of the efficiency of multi-pole synchronous wind generators with excetation from permanent magnets. An assessment of wind energy in use has been made in foreign countries and in Latvia, recommendations were given in order to advance wind energy in Latvia. Based on development of wind generators, ways of improvement of the efficiency of wind energy were formulated. An analysis has been made on different types of synchronous generators with excetation from permanent magnets and optimal generators construction was discovered, most suitable to all efficiency criteria. The usefulness of using the system software „Quick Field” to calculate magnetic field was established. Based on calculations and analysis on magnetic fields in generators cross-section and also analysis of goals function, the generators parameters were established, assuring maximum capacity of it’s power-weight ratio, therefore enhancing its efficiency. Multi-pole synchronous wind generators with excetation from permanent magnets correlation between amount of stator teeth zs and amount of pair of pole p were determined, by which means could be achieved maximum power in predetermined size. Also optimal value was found in other parameters, including amount of pair of poles in order to use annular usage of homopolar machine, by which means maximum power of a generator is achieved. Promotional work is written in Latvian language, it includes introduction, 4 sections, conclusion, appendix, also tables and pictures, at all 116 pages. Appendix includes 114 sources of information.
