In this paper the assessment system of students’ final work is described which is based on algorithms of mathematical data analysis. Usually students’ final work assessment is accepted by all experts as arithmetical mean. This method of decision making is very subjective. The computer software is worked out during the process of writing the work. The computer software includes data rejection of spoilage and algorithm of determination of factor unanimity, and the average mark is computed with mathematical hope method. In addition the algorithm of students’ comparison procedure is offered and realized, that consequently gives extra quantitative estimation. As a result final mark is obtained, which is much more objective and mathematically accurate. This decision supporting system eliminates inaccuracies of final decision making and improves precision of final estimation.
