Each system in functional work phase lose performance ratio and it’s necessary to use definite correct work resumption which is defined as system recovery task. It is possible to perform system work modeling which can be based on topological model approach. Authors of this article are working on development of recovery task foundation, including medicine field, where pathogenesis evolution and therapy influence modeling is based on topological model approach. To select optimal therapies complex for individual patient, it is necessary to increase mathematical model information level, which can be done by using methods of graph theory and expert systems. Within the case of this article and recent research, authors propose three topological model descriptions, which define each model node functional level, dangerous or importance and embarrassment level. These parameters are used as variables to evaluate each therapy and therapies complex assessment. To estimate recovery complex, criteria are moved forward and they describe complex efficiency, influence rate to process essential parts and comprehension level. Additional two criteria describe complex costs and induced side effects. By summarizing and scaling these parameters it is possible to solve two criteria or multi criteria optimization task which can lead to optimal and objective therapies complex selection.
