This article is related to development of evaluation stand to ensure optical and electrical parameter simultaneous measurements. The illumination parameter measurement process is automatic to speed up the analysis for different lighting device calculations. The stand is suitable for preliminary testing of developed luminaries, existing products and analyzing data to evaluate lighting dimming process efficiency at different dimming levels.
