Creation of housing terms, answering the requirements of modern society, is one of major directions of socio-economic policy of the state. So, one of basic tasks of economy is bringing an existent housing fund over in accordance with the standards of quality, providing the comfort terms of residence. For a decision the set problem perfection of management mechanism is needed by a housing complex, effective use of economic resources, providing maintenance and updating of housing complex.
