Analyze Case Handling Policy capability delivery pattern
Analyze Case Handling Policy capability delivery pattern modelled using Capability Driven Development (CDD) methodology. For more info on CDD see http://caas-project.eu/getting-started/. The customer executes an activity, which then throws an exception that cannot be remedied automatically. The BSP has to analyze the case handling policy in order to decide whether the customer or BSP has to remedy the case (routing decision).
