Urgent Resource Allocation capability delivery pattern
Urgent Resource Allocation capability delivery pattern modelled using Capability Driven Development (CDD) methodology. For more info on CDD see http://caas-project.eu/getting-started/. Even the actual backlog sizes of customers lie under the threshold specified via the contractual agreements when observed separately, they still might exceed the available BSP capacity when aggregated. This pattern uses the information evaluated at the global level to support the BSP on the allocation of knowledge workers to the faulty cases if the backlog sizes of the customers exceed the available knowledge worker capacity in BSP.
