The relevance of information in the management of enterprises has been well understood. Statistics show that managers spend about 50% to 90% of their time on gathering or distribution of information. On the other hand, 73% of American, 63% of English and 85% of Japanese managers view low quality of information and low effectiveness of its exchange as a main obstacle for success of their companies.
