Quality Management System as a Tool for Corporate Development and Competitiveness Increase

The purpose of the article is to evaluate and develop four main business process management spheres: recourse management, document management, determination of management competence, efficiency and improvement management. The main emphasis of this research is on the process analysis, measurement and development, thereby optimising processes and reducing resource consumption in a company. In this research, graphical, analyses and comparative research methods have been used. Conclusions are made about the quality management system implementation, as an effective management tool, as well as a factor for competiveness increase.
