The statistical method of performance evaluation of the operator, which directly or indirectly calculates safety of motion – probability, that during the voyage there will not be an emergency situation due to mistake of operator, can be considered as objective method. It is offered to use statistical evaluation method, covering all the major fields of operators job, but it is not possible to obtain reliable all necessary statistical information from one voyage using classical data processing method. It is necessary to use the sample set of small selection processing method, which are based on maximal recorded and antecedent information about the usage of general set.
