This paper explains and presents an integrated methodology of technogenic risk management, which is a system of scientific knowledge on methods, means, laws, regularities, rules and procedures of their application, which aims at preventing and reducing the risk of production systems. The basic stages of the methodology are: І. Formalizing dangers; ІІ. Analysis of dangers; ІІІ. Classification and rating of dangers; ІV. Synthesis of safety; V. Information assurance.
