How to implement reconstruction project of public building and achieve very low energy EnerPHit standard simultaneously with high user comfort requirements and optimal building function. Building reconstruction was designed with a holistic approach – functional, social, aesthetic and efficiency requirements were considered as a whole. All the aspects are improved simultaneously.
