The matter of implementation of environmental investments is frequently solved within decision-making at the organization level. However, assessment of environmental investments always faces number of basic problems as for example valuation of environmental costs and benefits in monetary units. Another fundamental fact is that assessing environmental investments among different individual investors can naturally use different approaches and it plays significant role.
