Under the conditions of globalized economy, the competitiveness of the investment environment, the awareness and use of its increasing opportunities are becoming more urgent. The increasing importance of competitiveness of the investment environment is associated with a particular businessman, who wishes to invest in order to modernise or expand its business operations in compliance with the development trends of competitiveness and customers’ changing requirements. This largely applies to different development levels of public administration that continuously carry out targeted measures to encourage increasing flows of domestic and foreign investments in different sectors of the national economy.
