The topicality of research on the sustainable investment environment and the most important ecological prerequisites of its creation is related to the destructive effects of businesses and other economic actors on the environment. As a result, year by year there is an increase in the number of natural disasters that lead to an increasing amount of damage and a growing number of fatalities. Within the framework of research, the prerequisites for sustainable investment environment PESTE have been developed. This article mainly focuses on the ecological prerequisites, which are the most important and topical in the current globalized socio-economic and ecological systems.
