Corporate governance of the Latvia Technology Park is evaluated at the level of Board and founders meeting. Mixed composition of founders and shareholders (representatives from public and state institutions, foreign business and public institutions, local universities and private business companies) is valuable in some cases and problematic in others. An important strategy making body of LTP is the Board. Besides representatives of founders and share holders there are key persons from three ministries.
