Chaotic Attractors in the Soft Driven Trilinear System

The paper is devoted to forced oscillations in a model with a soft trilinear elastic characteristic, linear damping, under harmonic excitation. The subject of study is chaotic regimes. The study is based on a numerical simulation of the system behavior. The aim is construct two-parameter bifurcation diagrams, select on it boundaries corresponding to the cascade of period doubling bifurcations and determinate condition for birth of chaos.
