In this paper power and energy relations in DC microgrid with wind turbine is described. Wind generator energy price essentially dependence on capacity factor and installations investments is discussed. The problem in estimation of the wind generator economic efficiency in dependence on conventional grid operator terms and payment system is observed. The energy consumer can get compensation for the energy transferred to the grid. Total payment for energy depends on many parameters: amount of energy consumed from the conventional grid; amount of energy generated by wind turbine; amount of wind generated energy directly used by load without transferring to the grid etc.
