Heat Demand and Energy Resources Balance Change in Latvia

The aim of the study is to develop and offer indicators that allows to analyse and determine the potential for district heating systems and renewable energy resources in a certain area. During the study analysis of Latvian heating system and results from modelling of potential heating supply and demands presented.
