Electricity Consumption Irregularity as a Criterion for Electric Energy Consumer's Group Formation

An analysis is made of the formation of electricity consumer groups according to existing criteria and it is proposed to use indicators that characterize consumption methods for this task. It has been determined that increasing the criteria for differentiation of electricity consumers is a precondition for the formation of the new market environment.
