One of the directions of the method of magnetic-pulse compaction of powder materials (MPCP) is the production of tubular and rod products. However, the main limitation in the application of the method are related to the quality of products as pressing in a rigid mold with a planar inductor oes not provide the desired density and compaction of the powder material in a thin-walled shell with radial inductor does not allow to obtain a uniform density along the length. In this connection, a great interest is caused by the combined methods of MPCP, in particular static-dynamic compaction [4, 5]. In [6, 7] these methods were considered in connection with the utilization of brittle, solid and hazardous process waste. This paper presents the results of experimental studies of long-length products obtained from boron-containing powder materials.
