Development of the Office Room Rental Market in Riga

The purpose of the research is to analyze the development of the office space rental market in Riga and the factors affecting it. Ensuring the availability of modern office space is an important task for developers. The results show that tenants in general are becoming more educated and demanding of the working environment in which they plan to work. Tenants prefer sustainable, certified and state-of-the-art office space, which provides a high-quality work environment, as well as reduced management and utility costs, transformation capabilities, a healthy and safe working environment, and advanced building management systems.
