This publication contains materials got from a joint European project under the ERASMUS + program: SMARTCITY: Innovative Approach Towards a Master Program on Smart City Technologies. The book describes both the general mechanisms for the development and implementation of educational Master's programs of double degrees between universities from Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and the European Union, as well as the features of the practical implementation of training specialists in Smart City and Internet of Things technologies. The book is intended for the leaders of higher educational institutions interested in the implementation of double degree programs, as well as for the teaching staff of higher schools, preparing graduates in the technologies of the Smart City and the Internet of Things, for students and postgraduates of the relevant areas.
