The Harmonization of CAD Communication Skills for Concurrent Engineering: Success Story about EU Funded Project

This article describes the experience of the implementation in Riga Technical University of the project “The Harmonization of CAD Communication Skills for Concurrent Engineering” which was supported from European Union. Project was aimed at performing improvements in the education process of descriptive geometry and engineering graphics courses incorporating into these studies technology enhanced knowledge like CAD skills. The main outcomes of the project are presented and some problems are outlined. The final results will be summarized upon completion of the project.
