Currently, India is the second most populated country in the world. Poverty, unemployment, and low incomes are some of the problems faced by some parts of the population. Owning or renting a house is a high priority for this category of people. The research aims to investigate the actual tendencies within the real estate market of India. The literature, data analysis, logical access, and other methods have been used in the research. Various factors are influencing the development of the real estate market and real estate prices within it. Price is an important factor for buyers of real estate. Sometimes people buy plots in underdeveloped areas for lower costs from unauthorized landowners. The research investigates this question and provides recommendations for minimizing the economic and other risks faced by market participants within the real estate market.
