A variety of factors influence the development of the real estate market. The tendencies within the development of the real estate market could change. The research aims to investigate several actual issues of the development of the real estate market in Latvia to provide recommendations for entrepreneurs operating within the sector. The analysis, synthesis, and logical access methods have been used in the research. In the analysis of the real estate market, entrepreneurs could include the analysis of macroeconomic indicators, a detailed analysis of aggregate supply and aggregate demand within different sectors of the real estate market and for different types of real estate, and the identification of actual risks that could affect the development of the market and particular purchases.
