The impact of academic staff exchange, the positive impact on students' career development, and joining efforts in updating study programs on a regional level is a very important task for Baltic regional capacity building in higher education. The development of mobility projects for Higher Education and academic content sharing by tutoring in the partner institutions is targeted to improve study program content and share best practices at the Regional level. This paper highlights Nordplus network, which enables the improvement of teaching content, including lectures and practical works in English, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian on such topics as Industrial Safety, Critical Infrastructure, Information security, Cybersecurity, Information and Communication Technologies, Ambient Intelligence, Fundamentals on Critical infrastructure control, Electrical engineering, Power electronics, Internet of Things, Smart Electrical Technologies, Fundamentals of Industrial Computer Networks, Supervising of Scientific Project - Entrepreneurship - Innovation management, Metrology and mathematical modelling, Energy Effective Technologies, Innovation Strategy Management, Electrical processes and equipment, Elements of Automatics, Saving of Energy in Electric Engineering Devices.
