The purpose of the work is to create a chassis from a promising model range of environmentally friendly urban vehicles necessary to solve a complex of energy, socio-economic and transport problems of industrially developed countries of the world. Scope of application – mechanical engineering, in particular automotive, wheeled vehicles and transport and technological complexes; transport. The significance of the work is the development of control algorithms for the electric drive; the development of a control system for the electric part of the drive; the development of a program and methodology for testing an experimental sample of an integrated control system; the production of an experimental sample of a control system; the results of experimental studies of an integrated control system. The predicted results of the study are a further increase in the amount of knowledge and improvement of calculation methods describing the movement of vehicles with an electric motor and the laws of the functioning of individual units, assemblies and systems, which will make it possible to develop recommendations for the design and creation of environmentally safe urban vehicles with promising sources and energy storage.
