An analytical model is implemented based on the angular spectral representation of the near field of electric and magnetic dipoles located near a flat substrate, taking into account the presence of an active layer of a two-dimensional material (TMDC). This approach is applicable only for the case of planar structures, but knowledge of the angular spectra of dipole fields is important for designing nanophotonic systems based on subwavelength dielectric nanoantennas with a high refractive index.
