Network traffic is the amount of information, or packets, that are transmitted on a computer network for a certain period of time. Considering the enormous size of the network and the diverse types of paths among users, it is very important to maintain the security of information transmission in the network. However, this is not always possible - the common cyber security space still focuses on malicious codes, spam, hacked authentications. This is due not only to insufficient personal knowledge, but also to insufficient resources. The main scientific objective of the article is to solve the problem with moving (mobile) objects frequency network congestion. More specifically, improving the switching between laser technologies and WiFi, LTE and 5G technologies, when objects move. It is known that laser-based communication systems have become a promising technology for the transmission of video and other types of digital information due to their inherent advantages of high bandwidth, low noise, and low dispersion. An overview of the principles and methods of video information transmission using a laser is given, and the main factors affecting the performance of such systems are discussed.
